Dr. Danielle Otto, PT, DPT, AIB-VRC
Owner | Physical Therapist
Danielle graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in August 2018 and is licensed to practice in California. She is a certified concussion and vestibular rehabilitation specialist and is working towards and specializes in neurological physical therapy. She is most passionate about balance, gait, vestibular, and functional neurological physical therapy.
She is equally passionate about giving back to the community to help others thrive. Danielle hosts free workshops and educational classes for the community to provide more people with the education and tools they need to lead healthier and more fulfilled lives for many years to come.
Danielle started her practice due to the limited access to quality one-on-one neurological physical therapy care in the South Inland Empire and had a strong desire to improve the lives of the patients in her community. Driven by a deep desire to improve her patients' quality of life, she created a practice that rejects the rushed, standard healthcare model in favor of deeply personalized, results-driven rehabilitation.

Dr. Michelle Whalen, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Hello everyone! I am so excited to join the Great Hope team. I have heard nothing but amazing things about this community, and I cannot wait to become a part of it!
Originally born in Anaheim and raised in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Physiology. Fueled by a passion for movement and rehabilitation, I went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2015.
My professional journey then took me to Phoenix, Arizona, for six years, where I specialized in treating adults with neurological conditions. Upon returning to California, I transitioned into pediatrics, working closely with children facing neurological and neurodivergent medical conditions. My ultimate goal is to support both populations, as I truly enjoy helping patients build confidence, reach their goals, and successfully navigate life’s functional challenges. I deeply value hard work, teamwork, and collaboration in my practice.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me spending time with my family, hitting the beach, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, shopping, or diving into almost any type of arts and crafts project! I look forward to getting to know all of you.
